DEKSA’s guidance phoneline is open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 12:00 – 14:00.
We can only provide general guidance over the phone. Inquiries regarding specific export cases must be submitted via E-lisens by logging into Min Side, (requires log in), or post@deksa.no. All other applications and inquiries regarding specific cases should be sent via email or regular mail.
DEKSA provides guidance to both public and private organizations and individuals. The purpose of guidance via phone and email is to help individuals and organizations comply with the export control and sanctions regulations.
Please note that the answers we may provide are for guidance purposes only. We cannot give legal advice, and we will not make decisions in your case over the phone.

Applications under the Sanctions Regulations:
Applications for exemptions or permits under the sanctions regulations must be submitted in writing via email to: post@deksa.no
Unfortunately, you cannot get help with the following questions via email or phone:
- Questions about your specific application for a licence, product assessment, or any refusal given in a case. All applications and inquiries regarding specific export matters must be submitted through E-lisens, (requires access), or email.
- Status updates on case processing, such as reminders or questions about when your case will be fully assessed. Cases are processed continuously, and we will contact you if necessary.
- For security reasons, we also ask you not to share confidential information via email or phone.
