End User Declarations and Own Production Declarations
Here you will find templates for End User Declarations and Own Production Declarations that can be used when exporting defence related goods and dual-use goods. It is the recipient of goods, technology, or services who must complete the declaration, thereby confirming the information provided in the licence application submitted to DEKSA.
The recipient may have their own templates for the End User Declaration (EUC), and DEKSA accepts this as long as the same mandatory information is included. When an EUC is required for the type of application you are submitting, the declaration must be attached as documentation to the application in E-lisens.
