Case processing times
DEKSA processes applications and inquiries continuously and as quickly as possible. Below is an overview of the expected processing times for different types of cases.
The processing times stated below are the expected processing times for standard cases. Complex cases, or cases where information or documentation is missing or incomplete, will take longer. Applications must therefore accurately describe the circumstances of the case and include documentation to support it. Your complete and correct input as the applicant will help ensure quicker case handling time.
As a general rule, we cannot provide information about when your specific case will be completed. It is not necessary to request an update on your case or ask about when it will be finished. If there are any errors or uncertainty in your application, or if DEKSA requires more information from you, we will notify you via message in E-lisens.
Please note that processing times may be longer during public holidays or times of high demand.
