It is also where you receive messages from DEKSA regarding your cases and inquiries.<\/p>\n          \n          \n        <\/div>\n        \n      <\/div>\n          <\/section>\n\n\n\n\n    <section class=\"text-editor block\">\n\n      <div class=\"text-editor-grid grid-12 grid-m-8 grid-s-4 inline-padding fade-me\">\n          <div class=\"text-editor-wrapper rg-25 rg-s-20 main-text\">\n\n          <h3><strong>What is My page used for?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>All applications and inquiries related to export control and sanctions must be submitted via My page:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Application for an export licence<\/li>\n<li>Application for brokering, technology, and service licences<\/li>\n<li>Application for import certificates<\/li>\n<li>Application for delivery verification certificates<\/li>\n<li>Application for pre-approval for exports to countries subject to sanctions and restrictive measures, such as Iran and Russia<\/li>\n<li>Application for certification in accordance with the ICT Directive<\/li>\n<li>Quarterly reporting on exports of defence material<\/li>\n<li>Registration of companies to use a general transfer licence<\/li>\n<li>Written inquiries related to export control, sanctions, or restrictive measures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your questions relating to a case in My page can be submitted via correspondence in the case\u2019s comment section.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Registration and User Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Companies and private individuals intending to use My page must register as users. Your company\u2019s contact information is automatically retrieved from the Br\u00f8nn\u00f8ysund Register Centre when you enter the organisation number.<\/p>\n<p>Companies and other organisations are responsible for managing their own users.<\/p>\n<p>The company themselves must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Activate new users in My page<\/li>\n<li>Assign the necessary permissions for users to act on behalf of the company, e.g. administrator rights, rights to submit applications and reports<\/li>\n<li>Deactivate their company\u2019s users when they no longer require access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If a company does not have active users to handle tasks such as activating new users or assigning permissions, DEKSA can activate a user upon receiving written authorisation from the company, sent to <a href=\"mailto:post@deksa.no\"><strong>post@deksa.no<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that your company must issue a written authorisation for the first user account. This is to ensure the security and confidentiality of your user.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Errors and Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you experience issues or errors logging into My page via the access \u201cID-porten\u201d, you must <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digdir.no\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">contact Digdir<\/a>, which manages this functionality.<\/p>\n<p>Questions about using the system or error messages within the My page (after logging in) can be sent via email to <a href=\"mailto:support@deksa.no\"><strong>support@deksa.no<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n            \n          <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n\n    <\/section>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My page is DEKSA\u2019s application portal for export control.
